2. User Responsibility:

The User bears sole responsibility for all interactions with the Platform. This includes ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations governing Web3 technologies and AI development. Additionally, the User is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their account information, including their password.

3. Content Ownership:

The User retains full ownership of any content created, uploaded, or shared on the Platform. However, by utilizing SynonAI, the User grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license for SynonAI to utilize, copy, modify, and distribute such content solely in connection with the ongoing development and functionality of the Platform and its associated dApps.

4. Intellectual Property:

SynonAI, its underlying blockchain technology, the infrastructure, and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of SynonAI and its licensors. The User acknowledges and agrees that their right to utilize the Platform and its functionalities is strictly limited by the scope explicitly outlined in this Agreement. No right to utilize AI models, infrastructure, or any related intellectual property beyond this scope is conferred.

5. Disclaimers:

The Platform is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SynonAI makes no express or implied representations or warranties concerning the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of AI-generated insights, or the information, content, materials, or products accessible through the Platform.

6. Limitations of Liability:

SynonAI shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, encompassing but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This includes any potential inaccuracies or misinterpretations of AI-generated data or insights.

7. Changes to the Agreement:

SynonAI reserves the right to modify this Agreement periodically. Any changes will be prominently displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted signifies the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Termination:

SynonAI reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, the User's access and use of the Platform will be immediately revoked.

10. Entire Agreement and Severability:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and SynonAI with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
